Reagent bottle, sample solution bottle, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) bottle, Teflon PTFE plastic bottle, resistant to high temperatures and organic solvents
Properties of Teflon (PTFE):
1. Non-stick Property: Almost all substances do not adhere to the PTFE coating. Even a very thin film exhibits excellent non-stick performance.
2. Heat Resistance:PTFE coating has excellent heat resistance and low-temperature resistance. It can withstand high temperatures up to 300°C for short periods and can be used continuously in the range of 240°C to 260°C. It possesses remarkable thermal stability, can function at freezing temperatures without becoming brittle, and does not melt at high temperatures.
3. Low Friction/Sliding Property:PTFE coating has a low coefficient of friction. The friction coefficient may vary under load sliding but remains within the range of 0.05 to 0.15.
4. Anti-wetting Property: The PTFE coating surface is non-stick to water and oils, and it does not easily adhere to solutions during production operations. If a small amount of dirt adheres, it can be easily removed with a simple wipe. This reduces downtime, saves labor, and improves work efficiency.
5. Wear Resistance: Under high loads, PTFE exhibits excellent wear resistance. Under certain loads, it offers the dual advantages of wear resistance and non-stick properties.
6. Corrosion Resistance: PTFE is almost immune to chemical attack. It can withstand all strong acids (including aqua regia), strong oxidizers, reducing agents, and various organic solvents, except for molten alkali metals, fluorinating media, and sodium hydroxide above 300°C. It protects parts from any type of chemical corrosion.
Various specifications are available and can be customized, compatible with commonly used digesters on the market.
