PTFE magnetic rod, graphite lithium battery black powder, magnetic substance detection, Jinrongyuan rolling bottle machine

The PTFE magnetic rod, with a strong magnet inside and PTFE wrapped on the surface, is resistant to strong acids and alkalis and does not adhere. It is mainly suitable for magnetic foreign matter detection of lithium battery anode and cathode materials (black powder), high-purity powder quality inspection, sample pretreatment digestion for ICP and other analytical instruments, and chemical reaction stirring.

Product Features:

1. Excellent anti-sticking and non-wetting properties, allowing adsorbed magnetic impurities or reactants to be easily and thoroughly washed or wiped off, thus eliminating cross-contamination.

2. Resistant to acid and alkali, not prone to aging, and with a long service life, it can be directly used in extreme environments such as ICP-OES/MS sample digestion, stirring of strong acid and alkali chemical reactions, and iron removal from corrosive materials, which stainless steel magnetic rods cannot replace.

3. Sealed structure, with the magnet completely wrapped in PTFE tube, preventing contact between the magnet and external media, thus protecting the magnet and preventing it from contaminating the materials.

4. Wide temperature tolerance, maintaining performance over a long-term working temperature range from -200℃ to +250℃.

Applicable standard: GB/T24533-2019 "Graphite Anode Materials for Lithium-Ion Batteries" Appendix K of GB/T24533-2019, specifically the original provision K.4.5 regarding the magnetic rod

Magnetic rod: 6000GS (with an allowable deviation within ±5%), selected diameter of approximately 18mm, length of approximately 50mm, outer surface made of polytetrafluoroethylene material, resistant to strong acids and alkalis.
Detailed interpretation and key point analysis: Magnetic performance requirements: specify the strength as 6000GS (equivalent to 6000 Gauss, approximately 0.6 Tesla).
Allowable deviation: within ±5%, indicating that the allowable range of the actual center field strength on the surface of the magnetic rod is from 5700GS to 6300GS. When purchasing, it is necessary to provide or request a magnetic performance test report.
Physical size requirements: Diameter: approximately 18mm (with a certain tolerance allowed, but should be close to this value).
Length: approximately 50mm.
Size significance: This size matches the K.4.3 sample tank (500mL) and the heating digestion process, ensuring effective stirring in the solution.
Material and structural requirements: Surface material: Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). The standard explicitly specifies this material.
Performance requirement: Resistance to strong acids and alkalis. This is because in the preparation step of K.5 sample, the magnetic rod comes into contact with concentrated nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, etc. under heating conditions. The chemical inertness of PTFE is the fundamental reason for its designation.
